If you are dreaming of making a career in railway, then a golden opportunity has come for you. South East Central Railway (SECR), RRC Nagpur Division issued a notification for recruitment of bumper posts of Apprentice, for which candidates can check the official site.

Candidates applying for recruitment will have to apply by visiting the official site apprenticeshipindia.gov.in. Interested and eligible candidates can apply by going on 4 May 2025. After the last date of application for this recruitment, the candidates will not get a chance to apply.

Under this recruitment, Apprentice Recruitment has been taken out by SECR on a total of 1007 posts. Of these, 919 posts are reserved for Nagpur Division and 88 posts are reserved for Workshop Motibagh.

What is the necessary qualification

In this recruitment, the same candidates can apply for 10th pass (with 50% marks) from a recognized board. Along with this, ITI certificate is also necessary in the relevant trade.

Age limit

According to the notification, minimum 15 years and maximum 24 years (on 5 April 2025). Reserve category candidates applying will get exemption as per the rules of the government. SC/ST candidates will be given a discount of 5 years, OBC 3 years and PWD candidates will be given 10 years discount.

Application fee will have to be paid so much

Candidates applying for recruitment will have to pay the application fee. General/OBC/EWS candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 100. While SC/ST/PWD candidates will not have to pay any fee.

How much stipend

• 2 -year -old ITI course: Rs 8050 per month
• 1 year ITI courses: Rs 7700 per month

• Candidates first visit the official site secr.indianrailways.gov.in.
• After this, register new and login.
• Then fill the information in the application form and upload the necessary documents.
• Now submit the application fee and submit the form.
• After this, take out the printout of the form and keep it saved.
