CSK vs MI IPL 2025 Live Cricket Score & Updates: Mumbai Indians (MI) face Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in their opening match of IPL 2025 on Sunday, 23 March. The CSK vs MI match will take place at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. Both teams will be looking to win the game in order to start their campaign on a positive note. Meanwhile, Mumbai Indians will be without the services of their two key players – Jasprit Bumrah and captain Hardik Pandya.
Ruturaj Gaikwad will captain CSK, while Suryakumar Yadav will lead MI in the absence of regular skipper Hardik Pandya. After Mumbai Indians’ group-stage exit in IPL 2024, Hardik Pandya was handed a ban for a slow-over rate offence during the team’s final match against Lucknow Super Giants. This marked MI’s third over-rate violation in 14 games, leading to the skipper’s suspension. Hardik will only be available from the second game.
The CSK vs MI IPL 2025 match will begin at 7:30 PM IST with the toss taking place 30 minutes prior to that. The match will be played at MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.
