India Prashand Helicopter Order: India is going to take big steps towards further strengthening its military power. It has been decided to buy 156 indigenous ‘Prachanda’ fighter helicopters (LCH) by 2025-26.

Actually, this deal will prove to be important towards promoting self -reliant India and increasing the strength of the Indian Air Force and Army. Also, it can also be called a step to increase India’s self -sufficiency.

Cabinet can get approval soon
The Union Cabinet may soon approve this deal of ₹ 45,000 crore, under which 145 light fighter helicopters will be purchased from Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) for the Indian Army and Air Force.

Strength of ‘Prachanda’ – Dangerous for enemies

Self -reliant India will get strength
The government is making this deal to promote self -sufficiency in the defense sector under ‘Make in India’. The largest order of 83 Light Combat Aircraft (LCA) has already been given. The process of ordering 97 and LCA has been completed. The purchase of 307 Atags Howitzer cannons has also been approved by the cabinet recently.

When will the final decision be on the deal?
The deal is expected to be signed soon after approval from the cabinet. The government has planned to sign the ATAGS Howitzer deal worth ₹ 7,000 crore on Wednesday. This step of India will prove to be historic in the direction of self -reliance in the defense sector and increasing the strength of the armed forces.
