Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) will lock horns with the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in match no. 68 of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 on Sunday, May 25, at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi.
The reverse fixture saw the defending champions emerge victorious by 80 runs, as they successfully defended a total of 200 runs at the Eden Gardens Stadium in match no. 15.
Kolkata have already been eliminated from this year’s playoff race; they couldn’t replicate their last season’s form as they sit 7th in the points table with just five wins from thirteen matches.

Sunrisers, too, faced the same fate as Kolkata, as they were also eliminated from this year’s competition after a disastrous outing with both bat and ball.
Both teams will look to end their season on a high with a win, with plenty of room to improve for the upcoming edition.
The Sporting News takes a look at the details ahead of the all-exciting clash.

Being already eliminated, both the teams will be looking to play for pride and their league campaign on a high.
The surface at the Arun Jaitley Stadium has been quite unpredictable this season, with both the batters and bowlers getting some kind of help from the pitch.
Expect the likes of Ajinkya Rahane, Angkrish Raghuvanshi, and Andre Russell to be among the runs. Sunil Narine has performed in patches this season; one can expect him to weave some magic with the ball tomorrow again.
Harshit Rana and Varun Chakravarthy have been the pick of the bowlers for KKR, and one can expect them to perform well if the surface is a bit slow in nature.
Abhishek Sharma and Travis Head have been on and off for SRH this season; one can expect them to showcase some firepower in their last match of this year’s tournament. Ishan Kishan found his mojo back in the last game against RCB, and one can expect him to replicate his innings from the previous game.
Pat Cummins could come in handy with his variations on an unpredictable Delhi pitch; one can expect him to be among the wickets again.
Considering overall factors, KKR seem to have the upper hand in this clash.
According to Dafabet, KKR are the overwhelming favorites to win their clash against the SRH.
