But, now a samadhi of Bhuru Baba i.e. a dog has been made in a temple in Burhanpur in Madhya Pradesh. This is the temple of Sai Baba. His idol is also kept here. The temple committee claims that people here first visit Bhuru Baba’s tomb, then Sai Baba.

There is a Sri Sai Baba temple in front of Lalbagh railway station in Burhanpur. Here a dog’s tomb has been built by the temple committee. Sunil Bhamre of the temple committee says that Bhuru Baba was born on 13 April 2013 in this temple. He died on 27 January 2025. His tomb was made in this temple. Now there is a preparation to install the statue.

First worship of Bhuru Baba
Further told, the white dog born here was named Bhuru Baba. He was also given the status of Khanderao Maharaj. The devotee who used to come to see, first saw Maharaj. After that Sai used to see Baba. When it died. When everyone came to know, a large number of people attended. His tomb was made. Even today people first worship them. After that Sai worships Baba. This white colored dog never cut anyone in a 13 -year life.

Sunil Bhamre of the temple committee told local 18 that Bhuru Baba was born in this temple. His tomb was also made here. There is also a picture above the tomb. Which is still worshiped today. Soon the work of installing the statue will also be done. Told, Bhuru Baba had a lot of love for this temple. When he died, not all people had meals for about 2 days. When Bhuru Baba used to get angry, the people of the temple committee used to feed them with their hands.

Treatment was done in two states
Bhuru Baba’s health deteriorated due to infection in the nose. When the doctor told, he went to get treatment in big hospitals in Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh. From where treatment was also done. But there was no difference. He died. The children used to play with them. Used to do anything. But, never bitten.
