In such a situation, Shah Rukh Khan has shifted to a new house with his family. He has rented a 2 duplex apartment in Pali Hill in Khar, Mumbai.

Shah Rukh Khan has rented two duplex apprentices in Pooja Kasa Building of Pali Hill area, three kilometers from Mannat. The superstar has hired both these duplex apartments for 36 months. The first duplex owner is producer Jackie Bhagnani and his sister Deepshikha Deshmukh, while the second is the owner of Duplex Vasu Bhagnani.

New house is so small than vow
The lease of King Khan’s new house will start from April 1, 2025. King Khan’s new house is much smaller than his luxury bungalow Mannat. This new house of King Khan is half of Mannat in terms of size. According to the documents of zapkey.com, the vow of the superstar is spread over 27 thousand square feet. While his duplex apartment remains in 10,500 square feet.

King Khan will pay so many lakhs every month
According to property registration documents, Shah Rukh Khan will have to pay Rs 11.54 lakh every month for the first duplex. For this, they will also have to give security of Rs 32.97 lakh. At the same time, the fare of the second duplex will have to pay a security of Rs 12.61 lakh and for this the superstar and their family will have to pay a security of Rs 36 lakh.
