Azamgarh Police has arrested a person named Arvind Chauhan, who was dead 5 years ago, and arrested him in court. Arvind is a resident of Idilpur Punarji of Jahanaganj police station area.

He worked as a marketing agent in a financial company Alchemist Limited. During the years 2006 to 2017, he invested crores of rupees from many of his relatives and acquaintances in the company. In 2017, the company ran away with crores of rupees of people. Those who deposited money in the company through Arvind. He started demanding his money. Arvind did not have money to give people to people. To avoid this, he made a false story of his murder.

Wife kept walking for police

Police said that on 30 July 2019, a person named Ved Prakash Chauhan lodged a complaint about the disappearance of his brother -in -law Arvind Chauhan. A case of misguase was being registered by the police and investigation was being done. A few days later, Arvind’s wife Sunita Chauhan accused a person named Vasudev Chauhan of killing her husband in the court. Vasudev gave 4.42 lakh rupees to Arvind. Therefore, his wife tried to mislead the police by taking Vasudev’s name.

Call details out on suspicion

In the initial investigation, the police also found this case suspicious. A case of fraud was already registered in Jahanaganj over the missing Arvind. In this entire conspiracy, Arvind’s wife Sunita also supported her husband. The police took out details of the mobile number of Arvind’s wife Sunita Chauhan, in which some numbers were found that Sunita often had talks with WhatsApp and Internet. When the police traced this number, this number was found from Lucknow. On the basis of this number, the police reached Lucknow and arrested Arvind Chauhan from IIM on Tuesday.

Auto started changing identity

During interrogation, Arvind told the police that after the liability was high, he went to Lucknow from home on the morning of 19 July 2019 without telling anyone. There was a room on rent near IIM. From there, the identity changed and started running the auto. A few days later, he started talking to his wife and children with a new mobile number. The wife also used to go to Lucknow to meet Arvind by hiding the children.
