Show cause notice to sagar mayor: The BJP organization has issued a show cause notice to Mayor Sangeeta Tiwari of Municipal Corporation Sagar of Madhya Pradesh. The Mayor has removed two members of the Mayor Council (Member in Council) and appointed other councilors. A complaint was made in the party high command of this case. On the other hand, the President of Council, constituted by the president in Bina municipality of Sagar district, also got into controversy. In the case of which the municipal president Lata Sakwar spoke about dissolving it and forming with the consent of party officials before the party high command.

Asked for answers in three days

State General Secretary and in -charge Bhagwandas Sabnani has issued a show cause notice to Mayor Sangeeta Tiwari on the instructions of State President VD Sharma. The Mayor has been given 3 days time to appear before the state president and give clarification, otherwise the action of indiscipline will be taken against him.

According to the notice, “You have changed the members of the Mayor Council in the Municipal Corporation Sagar without permission without the party state leadership.” You were called by the state leadership on April 26, 2025. The re -establishment of the Mayor Parishad without the permission of the state leadership comes under the purview of indiscipline, as well as the absence of your presence by the state leadership also comes under the purview of indiscipline. Therefore, within three days of receiving the letter, the clarification before the state president is present, why not take action against you.
