BJP leader Shahnawaz Hussain has described Madni’s statement as objectionable. He said, “Pakistan should shed our blood and we should not stop its water.

BJP leader Shahnawaz Hussain said, “The kind of rhetoric that has taken place is anger in Muslim society too. Because Hindu or Muslim, Sikh or Christian people are standing together. Arshad Madani should apologize for his statement.”

‘Hate should not rule’

Regarding the Indus Water Agreement, Arshad Madani said that it is easy, where will you take these river. Love should be the rule of love. There should be no rule of hate. He further said that for a thousand years, Sutlej, Ravi, Chenab, Vyas, Jhelum are flowing and go there and become Sindh. Is it so easy to stop water?

After the two -day functioning committee meeting of Jamiat (AM), Arshad Madni said, “The terrorists who attacked in Pahalgam know nothing and they are gaze as Islam does not allow the murder of innocent. The government should stop the source of terrorism from where it is happening.”
