Recently, Ajinkya Rahane-led Kolkata Knight Riders registered an 80-run victory over Sunrisers Hyderabad at Eden Gardens

With this, Kolkata became the first team to register 20-plus victories against three different teams in the league’s history

The “Men in Purple and Gold” have now come victorious on 20 occasions against Sunrisers Hyderabad and Royal Challengers Bengaluru. The side has also registered 21 wins against the Punjab Kings

The win against SRH also marked Kolkata’s second victory in the ongoing IPL 2025. With two wins and two defeats under their belts, KKR is now placed in the fifth position

Their next encounter will be against Lucknow Super Giants on April 8 at Eden Gardens
