On Tuesday, June 03, 2025, Royal Challengers Bengaluru took the victory, clinching their first-ever IPL title in a thrilling match against Punjab Kings. The team was led by captain Rajat Patidar, who delivered a stellar performance.
Held in Narendra Modi Stadium, which is known for its batting-friendly surfaces, particularly in limited-overs cricket (ODIs and T20s, including IPL matches), the stadium was packed with cheering fans from both teams.

Krunal Pandya was named the Player of the Match for Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) in the IPL 2025 final. He played a vital role with his bowling, taking 2 wickets for just 17 runs in his 4 overs.
This helped RCB keep the other team, Punjab Kings, from scoring too many runs. Even though he only scored 4 runs with the bat, his bowling performance was so good that it made a huge difference and helped RCB win the IPL 2025 title.
