New Delhi, Nov 11 (PTI) – The Indian Premier League auction is scheduled to take place in Abu Dhabi in mid-December, as confirmed by a BCCI official to PTI on Tuesday. This marks the third consecutive year that the auction will be held overseas.
Following the events in Dubai (2023) and Jeddah (2024), it is anticipated that the auction will occur on either December 15 or 16. The official remarked, “Abu Dhabi has been locked in as the auction venue.”
This will be a mini-auction, succeeding the mega auction that occurred in Saudi Arabia last year.
