Will Jacks was acquired by the Mumbai Indians in the mega auction in Jeddah last year, in a move which saw Tim David go to the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB).
The English batsman has done well so far in the season, with both the bat and the ball. Apart from playing handy knocks in the middle, Jacks has chipped in with his right-arm off-spin to pick up important wickets in crucial phases.
Jacks’ addition has proven to be a masterstroke by the Mumbai-based franchise, as the Paltans eye a place in the playoffs for the 11th time in their history.
Meanwhile, Jacks has expressed his desire for playing for the national team again.
