Not only this, this mushroom grows only when the ice starts melting only during the winter or spring season. It is not easy to find it. It is used in royal biryani, casserole, curry and soup. Apart from this, it is also very high in Italian and French kitchen. Famous chefs add it to pasta, resotto and sauce and enhance its taste. This is the reason that there is a tremendous demand for bunching mushrooms in hotels and expensive restaurants around the world.
