Mathura Krishna Janmabhoomi Shahi Shahi Idgah Dispute Hearing High Court held on the lines of Ayodhya dispute ANN
Up news: Big news related to Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi and royal Idgah mosque dispute of Mathura has come out. The Allahabad High Court was heard at about one and a half hours on Wednesday (March 19). In the hearing held in the court today, two interim applications were filed by the Hindu side.
However, the hearing on both the applications could not be completed today. The Allahabad High Court will now hear on April 3 in the temple mosque dispute of Mathura. An interim application was filed on behalf of Katra Keshav Dev, the Hindu party of the Hindu party of suit number 13, Thakur Keshav Dev Ji Maharaj Virajaman Temple.
It was said in this application that out of the disputed land of 13.37 acres, the royal Idgah mosque built on about two and a half acres should be declared as a disputed structure. It was argued on behalf of the Hindu side that in all other cases including Ayodhya, the court had called a disputed place or disputed structure.
However, Muslim parties strongly objected to this. The court has asked the Muslim parties to file their written objections by 3 April. However, during the hearing, it was said on behalf of the party of suit number 13 that the mosque should be called a disputed structure.
Hindu parties are considering it as a mosque themselves- Muslim side
On this, it was said on behalf of the Muslim side that the Hindu parties are considering it as a mosque themselves. Another interim application was filed on behalf of Lord Shri Krishna Thakur Keshav Dev Ji Maharaj Virajman, the Hindu party of the suit number 17. In this, an appeal was made to declare the suit number 17 as a representative case.
However, only other Hindu parties objected to this. It was said on his behalf that when the High Court is hearing all the 18 cases simultaneously, no one case can be considered a representative suit. The court will also hear this point on 3 April itself.
HC is directly hearing on the lines of Ayodhya dispute
Representative suit will mean that the arguments presented in that case are approved by all Hindu parties. The case was heard in the single bench of Justice Ram Manohar Narayan Mishra. The Allahabad High Court is directly hearing on the lines of the Ayodhya dispute in the temple-mosque case of Mathura.
Trials of cases have not started yet
One and a half dozen petitions filed by the Hindu side in the High Court are being heard simultaneously. However, the trial of cases has not started yet.
