Nagpur riots: Violence erupted on Monday (March 17, 2025) in Nagpur, Maharashtra over Aurangzeb’s tomb, which reached Ganeshpeth and Kotwali on seeing it. VHP General Secretary Milind Parande also said that in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj Nagar, which is the grave of Aurangzeb, one should not think of any improvement in it by stopping the glorification of Aurangzeb. Rather, in his place, who defeated Aurangzeb there, such Dhanaji Jadhav and Santaji Ghorpade and along with Chhatrapati Rajaramji Maharaj should be built.
