Their previous encounter, shortened by rain, saw Punjab Kings victorious. RCB struggled batting, only reaching 96 runs despite a fifty from Tim David. Punjab Kings achieved a five-wicket win, largely due to Nehal Wadhera’s quick 33 runs from 19 balls.

If RCB found Chinnaswamy challenging, Sunday’s surface could prove even tougher.
