After being put in to bat by CSK, RCB got off to a flying start with Jacob Bethell smashing 55 off 33 balls and Virat Kohli scoring a quickfire 62 off 33. The real damage, though, came at the end from Romario Shepherd, who went absolutely berserk. He smashed an unbelievable 53 off just 14 balls, hitting 4 fours and 6 sixes at a strike rate of 378.57. RCB posted a massive 213/5 in 20 overs. In reply, CSK gave RCB a real scare. Youngster Ayush Mhatre played the knock of his life, scoring 94 off 48 balls with 9 fours and 5 sixes. He was well supported by Ravindra Jadeja, who remained unbeaten on 77 off 45, trying his best to pull off the chase. With this win, RCB continue their winning run and strengthen their position at the top end of the points table.
