Rajasthan Royals’ wonderkid Vaibhav Suryavanshi continues to capture hearts across the globe. The 14-year-old batting prodigy, who has already set IPL records ablaze, is now making waves in the India U19 vs England U19 series.
Suryavanshi’s aggressive batting style and record-breaking feats have made him a fan favourite and proof lies in two young admirers’ extraordinary gesture.
Aanya and Rivaa, both the same age as Vaibhav, drove six hours to Worcester just to meet the teen cricket sensation. Wearing Rajasthan Royals jerseys and brimming with excitement, the girls finally got their dream moment- a picture with the southpaw himself.
Rajasthan Royals shared the heartwarming moment on X (formerly Twitter), writing: "Proof why we have the best fans. Drove for 6 hours to Worcester. Wore their Pink. Cheered for Vaibhav & Team India. Aanya and Rivaa, as old as Vaibhav himself, had a day to remember."
Vaibhav became a household name during IPL 2025 when he smashed a 35-ball century against Gujarat Titans becoming the youngest centurion in men’s T20 history and recording the second-fastest IPL ton.
His fireworks continued in England, where he scored 355 runs in five ODIs, including a blistering 143 runs becaming the fastest Youth ODI century by breaking Pakistan’s Kamran Ghulam’s record.
At just 14, Suryavanshi isn’t slowing down. With fans traveling miles to cheer for him, his journey is proving to be more than just about cricket, it’s about inspiring a generation.
