Uttar Pradesh Police Director General Prashant Kumar has given a decision on the complaint against the controversial statements of CO Anuj Chaudhary posted in Sambhal. CO Sambhal Anuj Chaudhary has got a clean chit. The police did not consider CO Anuj Chaudhary’s statement with Holi and goodbye Zuma and Eid’s senses.

Former IPS and Azad Adhikar Army President Amitabh Thakur had complained to the DGP of UP Ki CO Anuj. He was accused of violating service rules and uniform rules. The allegations made by Amitabh Thakur include allegations of making rhetoric, policing and deliberately giving communal color to their actions, stressing the atmosphere by working beyond service rules and creating a sense of insecurity in the particular class.

What statement did Anuj Chaudhary give?
In his statement, Anuj Chaudhary said that his words did not hurt the sentiments of any particular religion, only a few persons broke it wrongly for the purpose of political gains. These things have also been verified by two local people. In the investigation report, Sambhal CO Anuj Chaudhary, Jitendra Verma, Mo. Yasin’s statements have also been recorded. On the basis of which it has been concluded that Sambhal CO Anuj Chaudhary’s statement is not wrong.

During the investigation, the police did not find any evidence against Sambhal CO. The investigation report said that no confirmation evidence has come to light regarding the allegations made by the applicant.

In this regard, IG Law and Order LR Kumar has written a letter to the Home Department that SP Law order Manoj Kumar Awasthi investigated in this matter. In the investigation, Anuj Chaudhary said that he had appealed to the people of both communities in the meeting of the Peace Committee to perform the prayers of Holi and Zuma only peacefully. He did not make any objectionable remarks regarding the prayers of Holi and Zuma.
