Krains Fuletra was bought by Sunrisers Hyderabad for Rs. 30 lakh at the IPL 2026 auction in Abu Dhabi on Tuesday.
The Saurashtra spinner will play in the IPL for the first time, though he has previously served as a net bowler for franchises, including Sunrisers Hyderabad in 2025. Fuletra’s stocks are high due to the scarcity of high-quality left-arm wrist spinners in the domestic circuit.
He picked up 10 wickets in nine innings for Anmol Kings Halar in the 2025 Saurashtra Pro T20 League at an economy rate of seven, often deployed to control the run flow in the middle overs. His consistency earned him the Emerging Player award.
The 21-year-old, however, has played only two T20 matches for his state, making him largely untested at the senior domestic level.
