Severe tremors were felt in the island of Kyushu, Japan. According to the National Earthquake Science Center, on Wednesday (2 April 2025), a 6.0 magnitude earthquake occurred on the Richter scale in Kyushu, Japan. Due to this earthquake, people came out of houses and buildings. At present, there is no news of any major loss.
The epicenter of the earthquake was in the southern region of Kyushu. For several seconds, the people there felt the tremors of earthquake. However, according to the Meteorological Department of Japan, no alert has been issued regarding the tsunami after the earthquake. Japan earthquake is located in a possible area, called the Pacific Ring of Fire.
The earthquake in Bangkok, the capital of Myanmar and Thailand last week, has caused a lot of havoc. Apart from these two countries, earthquakes were felt in India on that day. A multi -storey building under construction collapsed in Bangkok, the capital of Thailand, while millions of people in Myanmar became homeless. As the debris is being removed in Myanmar, the figure of deaths is also increasing.
