The city police arrested 11 persons who allegedly sold IPL tickets at an exorbitant rate  in black market. 
The IPL Match between Chennai Super Kings and Mumbai Indians was played at MA Chidambaram stadium in Chepauk on Sunday. On the orders of the City Police Commissioner  A.Arun, police personnel monitored around the stadium to prevent the sale of tickets in black market. 
Triplicane Police registered four cases and arrested nine persons including Manikandan, 29 and Chandrasekar, 27 of Telangana. Police seized 20 tickets from them. Similarly, Egmore police arrested two more persons for selling the tickets illegally.
