The 12 villages of Jhatoda Panda, Kishanpura, Jaipur, Sherpur, Ghisrapadi, Kishanpur, Charathaval, Khushoropur, Mogalipur, Chokra, Ghisukheda, Nyamu consider them their deities. There is such a grace of Baba Narayan Das on these villages that if someone bites a snake here, then they do not have any effect of snake bite nor do they die.

Baba fulfills the wishes of the devotees

People said that about 700 years ago, Baba Narayan Das was born to Ugrasen, resident of village Jadoda Panda and Mata Bhagwati. Baba Narayan Das was a devotee of Lord Shiva and went to various places and performed penance, he donated his 80 bigha land to the Shiva temple and during the practice near the Mahabharata carpet Shiva temple, he joined the mother’s lap with his servants, horses, dogs. Where his tomb was made, which is still present today and people from far and wide at this tomb bring their wishes and also make Baba Narayan Das fulfilled their wishes.

12 No one from the village climb to snake bite, poison

Rural Pandit Pankaj Sharma while talking to Local 18 said that those who are natives of this village. We have not heard this till date that he was bitten by a snake and he died, because Baba Narayan Das has immense compassion and grace on 12 villages. After the snake bite, they do not require any kind of medicine. Baba Narayan Das’s tomb is here and Baba Narayan Das is a divine power of this village. About 700 years ago, Baba Narayan Das took samadhi here every day, people reach here with great service.

Shiva devotee was Baba

It is said about the temple of Baba Narayan Das that there used to be a forest of bamboo here where Baba had taken samadhi which was called Jung. For this reason, it is also called a temple. Baba Narayan Das Shri Panchayati was associated with the indifferent arena and Shiva was a devotee. Baba Narayan Das did austerity far and wide and came to his village and took samadhi. Every year a huge bhandara is organized on Sunday in the Shukla Paksha of Ashadh month.
