According to the historian, a total of 105 Hindus were employed in the court in the first term of the Mughal ruler Aurangzeb (from 1658 to 1678). In which 71 Rajputs, 27 Marathas and 7 other Hindu community used to work. At the same time, 182 Hindus used to work in total in the Mughal court during Aurangzeb’s second term till 1679-1707. In which 73 Rajputs, 96 Marathas and 13 other Hindu community used to work.
