Defending champions of the Indian Premier League (IPL) Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) are expected to play their home matches of upcoming season at two venues – DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai and Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh Stadium in Raipur according to sources of Times of India.
It has been reported that the RCB officials have finalised the arrangements and consulted the local authorities as well. Now according to the plan, the team is likely to play five matches in Mumbai and two matches in Raipur during IPL 2026.

“RCB will play five matches in Navi Mumbai, and two in Raipur during IPL-2026. The RCB officials have finalized the arrangement recently after meetings with the concerned officials,” a source told TOI
In another change, the Rajasthan Royals have also changed their home venue and will be hosting their home matches at the Maharashtra Cricket Association (MCA) in Gahunje, Pune.

The Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) won the IPL 2025 but things took a different turn and the victory celebration afterwards in Bengaluru turned absolutely horrific as there was a stampede outside the Chinnaswamy Stadium which killed many and left others injured. Following this incident the venue change discussions have been in constant spotlight.
