Pahalgam terror attack: The tragic death of 26 innocent tourists in the terrorist attack in Pahalgam in Kashmir has shook the entire country. In protest against this horrific incident, members of Kashmir Committee (Delhi) and ordinary citizens demonstrated at Jantar Mantar in Delhi in an emotional and angry. The people involved in the protest had tied black straps and were demanding strict action from the government with placards in their hands.
The members of the Kashmir Committee were showing a symbol of mourning and protest by tying a black band on the head and arm. He said that not only Pakistan, but also local people are behind this attack. During the protest, he questioned that the terrorists raked the area for seven days, in such a situation where did his food and drink come from? Is this possible without local support?
Kashmiri Pandit Ramesh Kumar Mota, who was involved in this performance, said very emotional, “I was a child when my father was killed by the fundamentalists in Kashmir. What happened today, he has fresh the old wounds. Is it a sin to be a sin?” He said that along with the terrorists, local supporters should also be punished.
Another member whose black band was tied on the forehead, said, “If we go to Kashmir, then there is a checking five times. Then how do they reach Pahalgam with terrorist weapons? It is clearly a failure of intelligence.”
At the same time, another member expressed grief and said, “Humanity has been killed. When Kashmiri Pandits were attacked, there was no help from the Center. But today the Modi government is expected to justice.”
The protesters unitedly appealed to take decisive steps against terror and said that no action is needed, no action is needed. He demanded that the culprits get severe punishment, so that such incidents do not happen further.
