All eyes will be on the Wankhede Stadium on Wednesday night, with Mumbai Indians and Delhi Capitals – the only teams that are in fray for the fourth Playoffs position in the Indian Premier League – taking each other on.
The two camps, though, will have one eye on the skies, with pre-monsoon showers making their presence felt in and around the maximum city.
The forecast for Wednesday night is clear, with a spell of thunderstorm predicted in the morning. But Mumbai Indians will be hoping to set the Wankhede on fire against a team that finds itself in a must-win situation.
A win will assure Mumbai Indians of a place in the Playoffs while Delhi Capitals will remain in the hunt with a win. Both the teams will have to face Punjab Kings in their respective last league clash.
