Seema Haider pakistan return news Modi government sent him back linked with jammu kashmir pahalgam terror attack Ghulam Haider

Pakistan seema haider: After the Pahalgam terror attack, there is an atmosphere of tension between India and Pakistan. India has canceled Pakistani visas with immediate effect, after which all Pakistanis are going back to their country. At the same time, people are asking questions on social media about Seema Hyder whether she will go to Pakistan or will stay in India.

‘Send Seema Hyder to Pakistan’

Meanwhile, Momin Malik, a lawyer of his Akhband Husband Ghulam Hyder, who lives in Pakistan, has appealed to the Government of India to send Seema Hyder, who came to India via Nepal, to Pakistan. He described it as an issue related to India’s internal security. He said in a press conference that Seema Hyder came to India on 3 July 2023 without any valid document.

Why is the exemption being given to Seema?

Ghulam Haider’s counsel said that even after the passport and visa with Seema Hyder, she is not only living in India, but is also roaming on bail and walking comfortably. He raised the question that when India is denying the rest of the Pakistani citizens due to illegal stay, then why is this exemption being given to Seema Hyder?

Momin Malik claimed that Seema Haider has a link from Jammu and Kashmir. Live on YouTube, he said that Seema Hyder has been playing Victim Card through written script. Border is a threat to India’s security. He has also accused of negligence in the investigation in Seema Hyder’s case.

‘Put the border in jail or send it to Pakistan’

Momin Malik said that Seema herself has admitted that she also has relations in Kashmir. Because of this, Ghulam Haider’s lawyer has feared that this is not only a love story or family matter, but a big security case. He has demanded that either Seema Hyder be immediately sent or can be sent to jail after canceling his bail.
