Shiv Sena UBT demands for Jammu Kashmir state status from central government Ann

Jammu kashmir politics: Shiv Sena has demanded to declare the deadline for restoring state status for Jammu and Kashmir. Keeping this demand, the Shiv Sena in Jammu has said that if this demand is not met, the party will protest against the Union Ministers during the tours of the state.

The Shiv Sena has appealed to the public to register a protest by tying a black band in Jammu. The Jammu and Kashmir unit of Shiv Sena (UBT) has demanded the central government to declare the deadline for returning the state status. The party has said that if this time limit is not announced, then the Shiv Sena will declare these tours as ‘Jumla Day’ with all the Union Ministers tied a black band during the tours of Jammu and Kashmir.

In Jammu, party state chief Manish Sahni has demanded from the Modi government at the Center to restore the state status of Jammu and Kashmir in the ongoing Parliament session. Sahni said that oral assurances are being given on this for the last five years. Questioning the central government’s intention of the central government, he said that after 2019, it was not proposed to restore the status of Jammu and Kashmir in any session of Parliament. Not only this, BJP MPs of Jammu division also never raised their voice for restoration of state status during the session.
Sahni said that despite the claims of ‘all healing’, our state status is not being restored.

At the same time, the Jammu and Kashmir Police Force has been put under the Union Home Ministry. Recently, LG has reminded the elected Omar Sarkar by transferring and reshuffling of dozens of officers. The absence of rights with the elected government of the people proves hollow in non-Loktantic and voting rights.

Sahni warned that if the state status restoration time limit is not declared, Shiv Sainik will protest peacefully by tied a black band on the upcoming Jammu and Kashmir visit to Jammu and Kashmir and in future, and will protest peacefully and that day will be declared as Jumla Day. Sahni has also appealed to the public to tie black strips to register his protest and support the campaign of state status.
