According to a report published on CNN, from May 12, Barista working in North America (people who work in a coffee bar) will only be able to wear solid black T-shirts, so that their “iconic green apron” emerges more. The company says that this will give customers a family and consistent experience. With this, now employees will be able to wear khaki, black or blue denim pants only.
Earlier, he was also allowed to wear navy blue, gray or brown colors. The aim of this change is that customers get a cruel and professional environment in the cafe. However, this decision will be applicable only in North America or the Starbucks Store of the whole world will have to follow it, it has not yet been revealed.
Starbucks’ sales decline
According to reports, Starbucks’ sales have been seen declining since the last four quarters. The reason for this is demanding unionization of employees for expensive drinks, long weight time and better facilities. Amidst all this, the company is now taking some big decisions continuously.
