AIMPLB President Maulana Rahmani statement on Waqf Act should be thrown in dustbin more details

Khalid saifullah rahmani on waqf act: All India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB) President Maulana Khalid Saifullah Rahmani has given a big statement about the Waqf Act. He said that we have got temporary relief from the Supreme Court but this relief is not enough. Maulana further said that this is a completely wrong law, which should be put in dustbin. However, there is a hope from the Supreme Court’s comments.

Apart from this, Maulana Khalid Saifullah Rahmani also taunted the BJP and said, “Look at the BJP’s disgrace, they are targeting the judges of the Supreme Court. He said, “The intention of this government is not clear about Waqf properties. The aim is to eliminate the rights of minorities and capture their property by crossing the boundaries of the Constitution.”

Maulana Rahmani further said, “There are two ways to get justice- one of the legal and the struggle. When the government is not ready to listen to the Majloom, the protest is necessary when they are unable to see their problems.” Referring to the incident in Murshidabad, he said, “The same incident happened in the whole country and we are sad to die, but is this the first time? Many people lost their lives due to religious faith in Prayagraj, then the government also hid the figures. It is the responsibility of the government to maintain law and order, whether the festival is of any religion.”

Maulana Rahmani targeted BJP

Taking a dig at the political parties, he said, “Today’s political atmosphere has fallen very much. Parties like JDU, LJP, TDP have sold their conscience. They will have to suffer their loss in the upcoming elections.” Targeting the BJP, he said, “BJP has failed in development works in the country, so it raises such issues that can create an atmosphere of Hindu-Muslim. Prime Minister Modi remembers the ‘puncture man’ but not ‘missile man’. It is the government’s job but the government’s thinking is small, so the condition of the country is like this.”

Maulana also clarified that he does not want any foreigner to interfere in cases related to Waqf. He said, “We are born in India and will die here. We have no meaning with Pakistan. We have associated our fate with India’s soil. Hindustani Muslims do not see outside their country and we will resolve our issue by staying here.”

Demonstration in Delhi today regarding Waqf law

Today there is a demonstration of Muslim organizations at the Talkatora Stadium in Delhi regarding the Waqf law. The Waqf Bachao Conference is being organized against the Waqf Amendment Act by the All India Muslim Personal Law Board at Talkatora Stadium in Delhi. This program will run from 10 am to 2 pm. In this program, the president of Muslim organizations like Jamiat Ulema -e -Hind, Jamaat -e -Islami Hind and representative Waqf will give their point against the law. Apart from this, many opposition MPs have also been called by AIMPLB in the program.

AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi is named among the opposition MPs called. RJD MP Manoj Jha and Congress MP Imran Masood have also been invited. Samajwadi Party MP Mohibullah Nadvi has also been called. That is, along with the big Muslim religious gurus, there will be a gathering of opposition parties who will raise their voice against the Waqf law and surround the central government.
