Flight Lieutenant Siddharth Yadav was a resident of Rewari, Haryana. Another pilot was injured in this incident, who is being treated in the hospital.

Siddharth Yadav’s father Sushil Yadav said in a conversation with the media persons, ‘He was a meritorious student. We will always be proud of that. My father and grandfather were also in the army. I was also in the Air Force. I am proud of him. He has lost his life while saving a life. The sad thing is that he was my only son. Siddharth also has a younger sister. His body will reach Rewari tomorrow in the morning of Friday (April 04, 2025). After bringing the house in Rewari Sector -18, the martyr will be cremated in the ancestral village Bhalki.

Siddharth was engaged last week only

Flight Lieutenant Siddharth Yadav’s father said that he was engaged on March 23 last week and reached Jamnagar Airfort station on 31 March. He further informed that the Indian Air Force pilot was from the Course 135 of the National Defense Academy of Pune, for which he enrolled in January 2016. He further said, ‘The Commanding Air Officer called around 11 am last night and told us about the accident that an aircraft has crashed and a pilot has been rescued and the other pilot has died.

According to the Indian Air Force, the two -seat Jaguar aircraft crashed during the night mission.
