RCB leaves CSK behind to become the most valuable IPL team; league's brand valuation grows to USD 18.5 billion- Report – Circle Of Cricket

According to the most recent IPL Brand Valuation Study by international investment firm Houlihan Lokey, the Indian Premier League's (IPL) worth has increased by 12.9% to USD 18.5 billion.
According to the investment firm Houlihan Lokey survey, the IPL's standalone brand value increased 13.8% to USD 3.9 billion, while the recently crowned champions Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) have emerged as the most valuable franchise, valued at USD 269 million. The league's sponsorship agreements demonstrate its increasing popularity.
By selling four associate-sponsor spots, the BCCI raised INR 1,485 crores, a 25% increase. With a USD 300 million agreement, the Tata Group also renewed its title sponsorship to 2028.
JioHotstar recorded 1,370 million views throughout the first weekend, with 340 million peak concurrent viewers. There were 253 million unique viewers of Star Sports TV. With 67.8 crore views, the RCB vs. Punjab Kings final set a new record.
RCB rose to the top of the team rankings. After winning their first championship in 17 years, RCB topped the rankings. The Chennai Super Kings, the reigning champions, fell to third place with USD 235 million, while the Mumbai Indians rose to second place with USD 242 million.
The remaining teams were ranked as follows: Kolkata Knight Riders (USD 227 million), Sunrisers Hyderabad (USD 154 million), Delhi Capitals (USD 152 million), Rajasthan Royals (USD 146 million), Gujarat Titans (USD 142 million), Punjab Kings (USD 141 million), and Lucknow Super Giants (USD 122 million).
